A one to one (or small private group) is all about you receiving the individual assistance and attention that is just not possible in public yoga classes. Whatever your state of fitness, health, stress; whether you are a newbie or experienced practitioner; all are welcome.

A favourite quote (from Sri Aurobindo) which sums up my approach to working one to one with clients. I've been teaching yoga for 8 years, gathering over 900 hours of training (mainly in India), which includes Holistic Yoga Therapy. 

Working together we will address all the different layers of your being - the physical body, the mind, energy system etc - creating a yoga sadhana which supports your daily life and deepest intentions. Using all the tools this ancient tradition offers - asana, pranayama, cleansing practices & diet, meditation & mantra. 

I especially recommend adding the power of sound into this mix: beginning with a moving practise to still the body; expanding the prana through breath-work and surrendering into shavasana for the final gong meditation.
