The gong is an ancient tool for transformation & consciousness; its vibrations guide us into a deep theta wave state where we can regain healthy resonance on all levels: physical, energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual.
About the session:
Ali helps you arrive & relax into the space with guided breath or voice-work & intention setting. Planetary, symphonic & sound creation gongs are accompanied by singing bowls, elemental instruments, voice, the conch shell & shruti box. There is nothing for you to do, just allow the sounds to guide you on a deep inner journey towards wholeness.
What to bring/ how to prepare:
Yoga mats, blankets & some eye pillow are provided. Please wear warm comfortable clothes; bring an extra blanket/s if you feel the cold; your own eye pillow if you have one and a small pillow for your head. We suggest not too eat a heavy meal straight before the session and to bring drinking water. You can arrive up to 10 mins early to register and get settled.
